I mean, it could be Russia, but it could also be China. It could also be lots of other people. It also could be somebody sitting on their bed that weighs 400 pounds, OK? You don't know who broke in to DNC produced "an unidentified substance" and who tried to kill Skripal and his daughter.

В общем, доказательств, что это Россия нет, тем более, что:

Moscow said Tuesday it was ready to cooperate if Britain requested help in investigating the Skripal case.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov called the incident "a tragic situation."

Интервью было через несколько дней после заключения британского суда о том, что убийцы, по всей видимости, действовали по распоряжению Путина . Но, как говорится, не "convcited" - не вор.
