Может имелось в виду что респы своей недальновидной и безответственной политикой ведут к тому что школы будут наводнены оружием, не "School Staff" - а именно все кому не лень. Ведь оружия навалом, типа мантра левых "оружие купить так же легко как сходить в булочную".
